Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 "GDPR"

In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 below is all the information necessary to illustrate the processing of personal data carried out by Italsementi s.n.c. with registered office in via G. A) Data, purpose and duration of storage
There are different types of data that may be collected by Italsementi s.n.c. as part of its normal business, and we report them below:
- Data necessary for the delivery of the order and related invoicing: when the customer places an order, he must necessarily communicate to Italsementi s.n.c. the personal, payment and destination data necessary for the correct shipment of the order itself (where applicable) and the related invoicing. These data are mandatory and failure to provide them or incomplete data will make it impossible to complete the requested service. Personal data will be stored for the duration provided for by accounting and tax regulations, while credit card data (if shared) will be deleted as soon as the payment is successful.
Data provided voluntarily by the user: there may be different situations and tools with which the Italsementi s.n.c. collects the data of people interested in the company's products, without them having placed any order (registration on the site, filling in forms, meeting at trade fairs, etc.). All the data requested are necessary in order to be able to respond to any requests, register on the site, request the catalog, etc. In all these situations, the interested party has voluntarily provided his/her data and can make changes or revoke consent to their processing at any time through the appropriate functions on the site or by writing directly to the address: info@italsementi.com. The data will be stored in the archives of Italsementi s.n.c. until the request for deletion by the interested party. Data relating to the newsletter: by creating your profile on the wwww.italsementi.com website, you have the right to request or not to send the newsletter which will allow you to receive information on discounts, offers, preview news and advice by e-mail. This service is provided through state-of-the-art email marketing platforms, duly selected and contracted, which also allow you to monitor the user's user experience when viewing the newsletter, which can be cancelled at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter, or from your account in the newsletter section or by sending an email to info@italsementi.com. In this case, you will be immediately removed from our mailing lists and may only re-enter them by changing the preferences linked to your account on the site.
B) To whom we disclose the data
The above data will be used by Italsementi s.n.c. staff according to the tasks they perform and may be shared with:
Subjects duly contracted and identified as joint controllers or external managers who support the company in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters, as well as to subjects, bodies or authorities to whom the communication of data is mandatory by law or by order of public authority.
third-party companies or other subjects that support the Data Controller in the development of its business and in the provision of its products or services, by way of example but not limited to: email companies for sending newsletters, companies in charge of sending customer satisfaction questionnaires, couriers for sending products or the paper catalog, website providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software support technicians, credit institutions, professional firms, etc. All these companies are duly contracted and appointed as external data processors.
The data will not be sent abroad unless the data subject requests to provide a service abroad, in which case the Data Controller will make use of local structures and companies (freight forwarders, carriers, gardeners, etc.).
C) Rights of the data subject
We remind you that according to Chapter III of the GDPR regulation 679/2016 the data subject has the right to:
Request access to your personal data and request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
Know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients to whom the data are communicated, the retention period. Withdraw consent (where applicable) at any time, reminding you of the consequences of such a choice; request the deletion of data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected,
